Last updated: 29 September 2026.

Who can play

You must be 13 or older to play Kopi Kaki Social Club. By playing, you confirm this and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Be a good kaki

  • No harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats or sexual content.
  • Don't share personal details (addresses, phone numbers, school names), yours or anyone else's.
  • No spam, scams, cheating, bots or exploiting bugs. Report bugs instead.
  • No impersonating other players, moderators or real people.

We may mute, suspend or delete accounts, rooms or content that break these rules.

Player interactions and online safety

Kopi Kaki Social Club is an online multiplayer game: you are chatting, calling and playing with other real people we do not personally know or vet. As with any online multiplayer service, this carries risks, including that another player misrepresents who they are or behaves inappropriately despite our moderation.

Never share personal information — your full name, home or school address, phone number, NRIC, passwords, financial details, or anything else that could identify or locate you — with other players, in chat, in voice calls, or anywhere else in the game. We are not responsible for information you choose to share with other players, or for any contact or interaction that continues outside Kopi Kaki Social Club. See our Safety page for tips on staying safe online.

Kaki Dollars and items

Kaki Dollars (K$) and in-game items are for entertainment only. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be sold, traded or exchanged for real money or anything of value outside the game. Trading them for real money is not allowed and may lead to a ban. We may adjust balances and items to fix bugs or abuse.

Gold and Diamonds

Gold and Diamonds are optional premium currencies for rare furniture, bigger room layouts and extra room slots. Buying them with real money is not open yet. You can never earn them by playing, you never need them to play, and they cannot be cashed out. Gold can be converted into Kaki Dollars and Diamonds into Gold, but never the other way round. They have no value outside the game, and selling or trading them for real money or anything of value outside the game is not allowed and may lead to a ban. If you are under 18, get a parent or guardian's permission before buying anything. We may adjust balances to fix bugs or abuse.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you create, such as designs and room names. You give us permission to display it in the game. Don't upload or draw anything you don't have the right to share.

No warranty

Kopi Kaki Social Club is provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to availability, accuracy, security or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change features, reset parts of the game, or suspend or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Kopi Kaki Social Club, its operator, and its staff, moderators and volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, progress, virtual items or currency, arising from: your use of the service; the conduct, content or identity of other players, on or off the platform; or any interruption, error, delay or security incident affecting the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kopi Kaki Social Club and its operator from any claim, loss, damage or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or content you submit.
