How to play Kopi Kaki
Kopi Kaki runs in your web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. You can be chatting in the kopitiam within a minute.
Getting started
Open the game
Click "Play free now". Kopi Kaki runs in your browser, so there is nothing to download or install.
Make your kaki
Play instantly as a guest, or sign up with a username and password to keep your Kaki Dollars and rooms.
Say hello
Walk into the kopitiam, pull up a stool, order a kopi and start chatting. Everyone here is a kaki.
Controls
| Walk | Click or tap a floor tile |

| Look around | Drag the room; zoom with the mouse wheel or the + / - buttons |
| Chat | Type in the chat bar and press Enter |
| Wave or dance | Use the toolbar buttons, or type :wave or :dance |
| Order a drink | Stand next to a counter and press Drink |
| See a profile | Click another player to view their card, give respect, ignore or report |
| Play a board game | Walk up to a game table and click it |
| Play a mini-game | Click an arcade machine, or open Arcade from the toolbar |
| Add a friend | Click another player and press Add friend; open Kakis to see who is online |
| Walk your pet | Open Pets, choose a pet and take it out; it follows you around |
| Work a job | Walk up to a job station, such as a barista station, and click it |
| Decorate | Buy furniture in the Shop, then place it from Items in a room you own |
Earning Kaki Dollars
Kaki Dollars (K$) are the in-game money. You start with some, get a daily allowance each day you visit, and earn more by working jobs, winning board games and selling in your shop. Spend them on furniture and clothes.
Kaki Dollars are play money only. They cannot be bought with real money or exchanged for real money.
